The department deals with the research of physical methods, special technologies and unique instruments in the principles of scientific areas, electron microscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance and quantum generators. Special attention is paid to instrumentation miniaturisation and nanotechnology. Creates a high-tech elements and procedures in the fields of ultra-high vacuums, kryotechnics and superconductivity. The goal of interdisciplinary research material microstructure is the results available in biology, chemistry, medicine, ecology and physics.
