Bioinformatics
A bioinformatics laboratory will be established with expertise in gene profiling and sequence analysis. Appropriate bioinformatics data management and integration systems will be set up to pursue independent academic bioinformatics research as well as collaborate with wet-labs researchers at CEITEC. Details are not yet available. Targets will be selected by a new research group leader. The group will start its research activities in 2012.
