CEITEC MU is fully aware that the quality of its research and the Institute’s prosperity are dependent on the ability to attract, select, and retain high quality employees. For this purpose, CEITEC MU introduced the Recruitment Policy. This modern recruitment policy implements the OTM-R principles and clearly determines the roles of the HR Department and other involved parties in this process.
Due to the efficiency and appropriate implementation of the Recruitment Policy principles in practice, we have prepared a series of training sessions on HR Leadership. The training is intended to Group Leaders, Core Facility Heads, and Heads of Administration Departments.
