Dr Fotis E. Psomopoulos works as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Applied Biosciences (INEB) of the National Center for Research and Technological Development (CERTH) with a primary focus on bioinformatics workflows and computational analysis of large bio-datasets.
In his talk, Dr. Psomopoulos will be focusing on Microbial Ecology and analysis of amplicon and whole metagenome sequencing.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 692298.

This keynote lecture is a part of CEITEC Metagenomics workshop.
