The LIBRA Training in Work-life balance (WLB) awareness is organized as a part of project Work package 5: Work-Life Balance. It has been proposed as an integrated set of actions encouraging work-life balance and promoting women-friendly environments amongst the LIBRA Institutions. The event is primarily for leaders from HR departments and senior scientific staff as appropriate, on topics related to WLB, equal opportunities, impact of WLB on the institute etc.
