ADMISSION PROCESS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/2027
To submit an application: From 1 March to 30 April 2026
Payment of e-application: Please pay immediately after submission of your e-application!
Application review: May 1st - May 31st, 2026
The interview: June 1st - June 30th, 2026
Information about the results: 30 days after the interview
NOTE: Each candidate can submit only one application.
The specific documents you must submit are:
- CV with your photo
- a letter of motivation
- a bachelor's or master's diploma and a transcript of records
- two letters of recommendation.
All the documents must be submitted in PDF format together, in English, or sent via e-mail to
phd@ceitec.vutbr.cz
IMPORTANT: The incomplete application will be discarded, thank you for understanding!
SECOND ROUND OF THE ADMISSION PROCESS:
To submit an application: From 1 August to 30 September 2026

Application review: from 1 to 20 October 2026
The interview: from 21 October to 10 December 2026
