This is the binding registration form for the CEITEC Student Talent Summer School 2025. Only register after you have been selected for a specific research project.

We offer accommodation for the duration of the Summer School at the dormitory, which is a 5-minute walk from the campus. Two people will be placed in each room. You can check in on Sunday afternoon (and pay for 5 nights) or on Monday morning (and pay for 4 nights). Monday check-in is part of the programme and will be done together; please do not check in on your own.

Registration entails:

• filling out your personal information and your preferences
• paying the registration fee of 500 CZK - registration is only complete when we have received the fee
• if you want to stay at the dormitory, you will be charged 300 CZK per night - that would be 1200 CZK for 4 nights or 1500 CZK for 5 nights

Day 1 (Monday, August 11, 2025)

• 10:00 – 11:00 | Orientation Walk Around the CEITEC BUT Campus
• 11:00 – 13:00 | Check-in at the Dormitory
• 13:00 – 17:00 | Lab Work
• 17:00 – 18:00 | Meeting with an Alumnus
• 18:00 – 21:00 | BBQ and Improvised Networking (CEITEC BUT Courtyard) 

Day 2 (Tuesday, August 12, 2025) 

•  9:00 – 13:00 | Lab Work
• 14:00 – 17:00 | Programme in Brno City Centre
• 17:00-18:00 | Hands-On Science with Stanislav Průša, Summer School Expert Guarantor 
• 18:00 – 20:00 | Pub Quiz 

Day 3 (Wednesday, August 13, 2025) 

•  9:00 – 13:00 | Lab Work
• 14:00 – 16:00 | Field Trip to Thermo Fisher Scientific
• 17:00 – 19:00 | Lab Work
• 19:00 – 21:00 | Movie Night

Day 4 (Thursday, August 14, 2025) 

• 9:00 – 12:00 | Laboratory Program (Group Rotation and Opportunity to Try a Different Research Project)
