Workshop

Correlative Materials Characterization 2022

About event

The workshop will be dedicated to the exciting field of Correlative Materials Characterization and Correlative Imaging. The workshop‘s goal is to bring together communities from Materials Science, Life Science and Machine Learning to discuss and explore topics of common interests. The workshop‘s scope includes all relevant techniques used for correlative materials characterisation. The main focus will be on Light Microscopy, Electron Microscopy, X-ray Microscopy, and Atomic Force Microscopy. The highlighted topics for the 2022 workshop are applications of Correlative Materials Characterization in the Semiconductor Industry and Infection Biology. Participation in this workshop is free of charge, but registration is required.

The keynote speakers are:

  • Eva Olsson from Chalmers University of Technology
  • Olivier Thomas from Aix-Marseille Université
  • Alicja Mikolajczyk from University of Gdansk and QSAR Lab Gdansk
  • Jost Enninga from Institut Pasteur in Paris
