About event
The focus would be on epigenetic and post-transcriptional gene regulation of the stress response and its impact on stress memory at short and long terms (transgenerational). It includes filed related to reproduction, transition into germination, seed priming.
As part of the COST Action CA22157 RECROP, we are organising a workshop on the topics related to the impact of epigenetic and post-transcriptional gene regulation, and control of translation initiation control in response to abiotic stress, focusing on aspects of plant reproduction. Abiotic stress during the reproductive developmental phase significantly affects on seed yield and quality. The workshop will discuss research into the molecular regulation of the stress response.
