Description:

The FEI Titan™ Themis provides easy access to atomic information. It combines proven spherical aberration image (Cs)-corrector, monochromator system, sensitive ChemiSTEM™ technology, and high-end GATAN GIF Quantum energy filter for EELS and EFTEM with the new enhanced piezo stage, sophisticated FEI and GATAN software, and FEI Ceta 16-megapixel CMOS camera.
