For the academic year 2022/2023 we seek Ph.D. students for the following research topics:
- Computational studies of structures and charge transfer around defects in III-nitrides (Assoc. Prof. Gröger)
- Synthesis and characterization of superparamagnetic nanoparticles of iron oxides (Dr. Pizúrová & Assoc. Prof. Gröger)
- Methods for control of twinning in metallic materials (Dr. Ostapovec)
