About event
Light microscopy is indispensable method in biological research. Microscopes are producing beautiful images from which meaningful information must be extracted. This online course is intended for biologists, who would like to learn how to obtain quantitative informations from microscopy images. Course will cover basics of standard image processing methods and in more details will be focused on analysis of big data, such as datasets from lightsheet microscopes. Different software platforms will be presented, both open source and commercials.
Course is online and free of charge, but the number of participants is limited. Zoom link will be sent after the registration confirmation.
Registration has been closed.
