Brno University of Technology is a prestigious university with a stable background and a 125-year tradition not only in the field of technology.
CEITEC BUT has been part of this University since 2011. We have been a key part of a top research infrastructure with unique equipment and conditions for basic and applied research in the field of nanotechnologies, advanced materials, and cybernetics.
We are seeking an outstanding applicant for the position of scientific and research staff. The applicant will have already gained experience in research in the area of materials and mechanical engineering.
Specifically, we are looking for an expert in the field of ceramic 3D printing by Digital Light Processing method. Moreover, basic knowledge in CAD designing and defect fractography, data analysis and similar are necessary.

Requirements
- PhD in materials science and engineering or related background.
- Knowledge of ceramic 3D printing by DLP method.
- Experience with Lithoz’s printing system is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CAD designing.
- Excellent team working skills, self-motivation, initiative and persistence.
- Collaborate with research team members, provide guidance to PhD students, and share expertise.
- Act as a source of information and advice to other members of the group on scientific protocols and experimental techniques.
- Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English.
