Aneta Křížová, Ph.D. (2019), is a microscopy specialist with over a decade of experience in advanced imaging techniques. She is a researcher at the Biophotonics Core Facility, where she contributes to providing comprehensive light microscopy services — from sample preparation and imaging to advanced data analysis. The facility hosts a wide range of state-of-the-art instruments, including wide-field, confocal, quantitative phase imaging, and super-resolution microscopes.
Dr. Křížová earned her Ph.D. at Brno University of Technology, where she worked on the Holographic Microscope for Living Cell Research (project FR-TI4/660). Following maternity leave, she served as an application specialist at Telight, gaining industry-level insight into microscopy technologies. She joined CEITEC in 2025 as a researcher in the Biophotonics Core Facility, bringing both academic and industrial expertise to support users in high-end microscopy applications.
