Biological Data Management and Analysis Core Facility

To access our core facility's services, you can either use the CEITEC Booking system (after registering to the system here) or contact us directly at biodata@ceitec.cz.

I) Data annotation and repository system:

• Storage of data into a common repository
• Connection of the data with a DOI
• Description of the data by metadata
• Integration of the system into national EOSC data repository

II) Access to compute and storage resources provided by ICS, e.g.:

III) Structural bioinformatics support:

• Providing and maintenance of structural bioinformatics tools and databases
• Support in the PDB deposition process
• Validation of PDB data (e.g. ligand validation)
• Analyses of PDB data
