Abstract:
The lack of proper calibration standards, reliable measurement procedures and tracebility for magnetic measurements in nano- and micrometer length scales motivates our effort to develop tools for reliable measurements using Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM). Calibration procedures using standard MFM equipment in connection with traceable magnetic standards and powerful computational methods based on evaluation of 3D MFM data wil be presented. New ways of 3D MFM data evaluation using SPM software GWYDDION will be presented.
