The analysis revealed inconsistent chip bonding quality caused by contamination. A subsequent comprehensive investigation also identified the source of the contamination. The Impact
According to the client's estimate, resolving the issue resulted in cost savings amounting to hundreds of thousands of Czech crowns (CZK). The timely identification of the root cause also helped prevent further losses associated with recurring sensor failures.
