About Event

This is the official registration form for the CEITEC Student Talent Summer School 2026. Please register AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED for a specific research project.

We offer accommodation for the duration of the Summer School in a dormitory located just a five-minute walk from the campus. Two participants will be accommodated in each room. You can check in either on Sunday afternoon (and pay for five nights) or on Monday morning (and pay for four nights). Monday check-in is part of the programme and will be done together, while Sunday check-ins will be done individually.

Registration entails:

• filling in your personal information and your preferences;
• uploading the signed Declaration (in either English or Czech) and Consent to Photography form (in either English or Czech). These documents must be downloaded, printed, signed by the participant (or by their legal representative if the participant is under 18), scanned, and uploaded through the registration form;
• paying the registration fee of CZK 500. Your registration is considered complete only after we have received the payment;
• if you choose to stay in the dormitory, the accommodation fee is CZK 300 per night (discounted rate), with a total of CZK 1,200 for four nights, or CZK 1,500 for five nights.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration (and payment) via email. Please check your inbox, including your spam folder.

A printed invoice will be provided to you on-site.

• 18:00 – 21:00 | BBQ and Improvised Networking (CEITEC BUT Courtyard) 

Day 2 (Tuesday, August 18, 2026)

• 18:00 – 20:00 | Pub Quiz 

Day 3 (Wednesday, August 19, 2026)

Day 4 (Thursday, August 20, 2026)
