About event
The CF Biomolecular Interactions and Crystallography, with support from the ARBRE association and National Centre for Biomolecular Research of MU, would like to invite you to a workshop focused on the characterization of biomolecular interactions. The workshop is intended for structural biologists, biochemists, and all others who wish to improve their knowledge of current methods for studying interactions between biomacromolecules and their ligands, including proteins, nucleic acids, and small molecules.
The workshop consists of theoretical lectures and practical sessions. The lectures (Mon-Tue) are opened to all interested participants upon registration, up to the capacity of the seminar room. The following practical part consisting of hands-on measurements using AUC, ITC, BLI, and MST, accompanied by data evaluation sessions will be restricted for capacity reasons. The ARBRE members will receive priority for participation in the practical sessions.
SPEAKERS:
Sébastien Brûlé (Institute Pasteur, fr)
Josef Houser (CEITEC, cz)
Jan Komárek (NCBR, cz)
Eva Paulenová (NCBR, cz)
Jitka Holková (CEITEC, cz)
