Guarantor: Alena Vojkůvková
Instrument status:
Research group: Experimental Biophotonics

Description:

The microscope is configured specifically for in vivo imaging of small animals and allows both fluorescence in a wide field of view (wide filed) and scanning multi-photon excitation mode. The radiation source for two-photon excitation pulse is ultra fast titanium-sapphire laser automatically přelaďovatelný in the range of 680-1080 nm at least. Laser pulses must be shorter than 150 fs, the minimum average power is at least 3.5 W at a wavelength of 800 nm and 200 mW at 1080 nm.
