About event
Sustainable environmental quality is mainly determined by water management. Quality meets in the rivers tributary, on both sides of the borders of Austria and the Czech Republic, and subsequently also in the cross-border river, which is primarily the Thaya. This represents a direct need to solve water management problems together, even across borders. This need brings the possibilities of innovative solutions for the public, users and companies on both sides. The aim of this workshop is to present the results of a project that aims to help solve water quality problems in border areas using joint monitoring platforms. Different methods and developed autonomous analyzers of some contaminants and bacteria will be presented. At the end, the entire autonomous floating station with integrated analytical modules will be demonstrated.
