Description:
The Rohde & Schwarz ZNA-B26 vector network analyzer operates from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz and features four ports, direct IF access, and a time-domain measurement option. Two ZC500 converters extend the range to 330–500 GHz for the characterization of high-frequency and quasi-optical components.
