Method
Wall thickness analysis enables the examination of objects for regions where the wall thickness falls within a user-defined interval between the minimum and maximum permissible values. The results are displayed using color-coded maps in both 2D and 3D views, allowing rapid identification of critical areas and efficient evaluation of dimensional quality.
Equipment
The analysis is performed using industrial computed tomography (CT) systems and specialized software for wall thickness evaluation and visualization of results in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional representations.
