Description:
The Dynamometr ASD S100 is a universal testing device designed for the development and validation of electric powertrains, particularly in the fields of passenger electric mobility, small commercial vehicles, and industrial applications. It has a power output of 100 kW, a maximum speed of 14,000 rpm, and torque of up to 191 Nm at 5,000 rpm. It enables the simulation of real-world loads and operating conditions of the tested motor with high precision, including various driving modes, acceleration, braking, or energy regeneration. The Dynamometr is suitable for both continuous operation and dynamic cycles and short-term overloads.
The integrated battery simulator with an output voltage of 700 V and a current of up to 400 A enables realistic power supply to the motor and traction inverter. This allows for measuring energy efficiency and verifying safety functions, such as protection against overvoltage, short circuits, or incorrect behavior during rapid mode switching. Typical applications include the development and validation of electric vehicle (EV) motors, testing of control units (inverters), and optimizing energy consumption.
