About event
Summer School II titled "Integrative structural biology course for tackling Alzheimer's disease", 23–27 June, 2025 will be focused on structural biology of disordered proteins and their cellular forms, studied by solution and solidstate NMR techniques corroborated by cutting-edge cryo-EM methodologies.
It is mostly aimed at PhD and master students. The goal of the event is a more in-depth knowledge sharing generated within InterTau activities and an in-person introduction to diverse organizational environs and approaches to research, thus making the most of the interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral character of the consortium.
The summer school will consist of two parts. The first one will be a theoretical part held in Mikulov, while the second part will focus on hands-on training at CEITEC, in their core facilities (Biomolecular Interactions and Crystallography, Josef Dadok National NMR Centre, and Cryo-electron microscopy and tomography core facility).
Accommodation in Mikulov and Brno, as well as transport from Mikulov to Brno, are organized and covered by the organizers. Please do not book your own.
