Bio
Pavel Kadeřávek is the head of the Josef Dadok National NMR Centre at CEITEC, Masaryk University. He specializes in the development of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) methods and the study of molecular dynamics in cells, including specific forms of proteins that do not have a fixed shape and are very flexible. Under his leadership, the laboratory focuses on advanced spectroscopic methods for the analysis of biologically relevant molecules and materials. An important part of his work is supporting research teams in both academia and industry and helping them to apply NMR to their projects.
Pavel Kadeřávek gained experience at the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and the École normale supérieure in Paris, where he worked on advanced NMR techniques and their application in biochemistry and structural biology. His research contributes to a deeper understanding of the structure and dynamics of biomolecules, which is important for the development of new therapeutic strategies.
