Prof. Robert Vácha, Ph.D.

Research topic: Biological membranes, proteins, and their interactions

Main research interest: Protein-membrane and protein-protein interactions that are linked to diseases. Recent projects are focused on de novo design of   antimicrobial peptides, peptide targeting of specific membranes, role of  membrane asymmetry, and formation of protein liquid droplets.
