Set of measuring technologies (measuring station)

Set of measuring technologies (measuring station)

Technology / Methodology: 3D precise measurement
Instrument status: Operational Operational
Equipment placement: RICAIP testbed Brno
Research group: Cybernetics and Robotics

Description:

The measuring station equipment consists of the following measuring technologies:

Hexagon Global S coordinate measuring machine (SMS/CMM)

Hexagon Absolute Arm 8525-7 seven-axis measuring arm

Leica AT960-LR Absolute Tracker and Leica AT960-MR portable laser trackers with absolute interferometer

We have equipment for both contact measurement and laser scanning. This set allows us to cover a wide range of measurement tasks with different requirements for measurement accuracy and the size of the measured objects.

The measuring station is located in a separate built-in unit. The unit is equipped with air conditioning with precise temperature control, capable of maintaining a constant temperature of 21 ± 0.5 °C and humidity of 40%.

The workstation is also equipped with a Fanuc M-20iD/25 robotic manipulator, which is positioned to allow operation of the measuring surface of the coordinate measuring machine.
