Description:

Within the central Biophotonics laboratory a tissue microscope Nikon Eclipse TS100 is used for the preparation of biological samples.
Nikon Eclipse TS100
- inverted phase microscope
- CFI60 infinity system, parfocal distance 60 mm
- high luminescent white LED illuminator (Eco-illumination)
- centerable phase slider (PhL, Ph1)
non-centerable phase slider Ph2
- objective: CFI Plan Fluor DL. 4x.
CFI Achromat ADL 10X.
CFI Achromat LWD ADL 20XF.
CFI Achromat LWD ADL 40XC.
- camera: 1/2´´, CCD, 1280x960, USB2.0
- software: NIS-Elements D, V4.10

Together with a biohazard laminar box (ThermoFisher) and an incubator (Schoeller), it can be used for working with cellular material:
- passage of cells
- cell cultivation
- preparation of cell samples for microscopy
- preparation of cell samples for further analysis specified by the user
- time-lapse measurement

The air in the box is very carefully directed by laminar flow and filtered by HEPA filters, which ensure the filtration of microorganisms and contaminants.

Reservation - to work in the Tissue Culture Laboratory.
