Description:

The ZEISS Axio Observer is a versatile inverted microscope platform designed for advanced live-cell imaging and long-term time-lapse experiments. Engineered with stability, precision, and flexibility in mind, it enables researchers to capture high-quality images of dynamic biological processes while maintaining optimal physiological conditions for living samples.

Specification:

By integrating cutting-edge imaging modules, environmental control systems, and advanced software, the Axio Observer provides an adaptable foundation for diverse applications—from fluorescence and phase contrast imaging.

The ZEISS Axio Observer integrates:

  • Stable Inverted Platform: Optimized for live-cell imaging with minimized drift, ensuring consistent results during long-term experiments.
  • Environmental Control: Supports incubation chambers to maintain temperature, CO₂, humidity, and O₂ levels for extended live-cell studies.
  • Advanced Contrast Techniques: Compatible with widefield fluorescence, phase contrast,  and transmitted light.
  • High-Performance Automation: Motorized focus, stage, and filter wheels for precise, reproducible imaging workflows.
  • ZEN Imaging Software: Intuitive acquisition and analysis tools for time-lapse imaging, multi-channel experiments, colocalization, and 3D rendering.
