Development of advanced MRI techniques for functional brain mapping
| Supervisor | Michal Mikl, Ph.D. |

Improvements in functional brain mapping can be done in several directions. Improving data quality and/or complexity of information can be done with acquisition of multiple echoes or other adjustments in the contrast to noise ratio. The other direction can be focused more on advanced data processing. Within the topic ideally combination of both directions should be studied with the goal to present improved methods / procedures how to acquire and process the fMRI data with higher quality.
